What is true community Engagement and how can we help?
We believe that the community should decide what the community wants to be, not be told what it is going to be.
The community is made up of people – all generations, all colors, all with emotions and feelings. They all have hearts and minds and should have the opportunity to speak what they have to say. We make sure that they say it. We make sure that we go and find them so that they can say it.
We have been people too and we know what it feels like to not be heard or listened to.
So, if you ask us to help with community engagement, you better know that is what you want because we believe in the community.
